Schedule for Art on the Avenue Fair

• Saturday October 7, 2006 10 am - 6 pm
• Mt. Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, VA
• our booth, on mt Vernon, is located between Uhler and Hume streets, on the west side of the road. Our booth # is W163. You can visit http://www.artontheavenue.org/contact/map.htm to see a layout.

Friday

• Josh home while it's still light
• takes seats out
• car gets packed, tent strapped to top

Saturday

• leave 7:30am
• Josh helps set up tent and leaves by 9:30am
• Josh arrives 'no later than 6pm' to help break down
• everything is cleared and gone by 7pm

To Do For Fair

• PRINT more business cards
• check how many tablecloths I have
• check on credit card system
• PRINT 25% off glaze discount signs
• BUY 4 shoe racks from IKEA
• BUY rolls of tape for boxes
• BUY hand sanitizer

Sunday

• Takoma Park Farmer's Market 10-2
• Behnke's: sedum and whutevah
• Joann fabrics with Barb and Madison
• REI with josh: shoes, headlight and tail light
