- contact UPS customer service to get a local UPS account agent to set you up with an account. You’ll get discounted rates. You can load your UPS acct # into the paypal system and still do 1 click shipping while getting your discounted rate. (started having problems with USPS last year).
- If you get the (negative) feedback regarding the same design more than 1x, then pay attention to it. Even if you don’t agree with it.
- be honest with the customer that you don’t like the way it turned out. Or email them a pic and say you have a concern. They might be fine with it. but sometimes giving them the option of waiting longer for a new piece is worth it. they will tell everyone how contentious you were.
- If you can look at the custom product and honestly declare that you did your best, then you’ve done your job. Provided your service. If they don’t like it, well that happens. It’s not your fault.
